This coating helps in preventing short circuit and corrosion of conductors and solder joints. Used on printed circuit boards as protective coating against moisture, dust, humidity and fungus. 1. Cleaning-Before spray, clean the surface from any dirt, water, oil, grease, etc, and dry.
2. Covering-Cover the places need no spray, especially places of linker, socket, switch, plug board that allows no coating.
3. Pay attention to the thickness of layer, dont spray too much onto one place.
4. Shake the can well before use, and keep the can 15-30cm from surface to spray.
5. To repair components covered with AR Conforming Coating, just simply remove the coating by using a electrocautery to touch the coated part, then install the new component, clean the area with a brush, and after dry, spray the AR Conforming Coating again to cover it.
